Tenders Are Invited For Fuel Delivery For The Needs Of Przedsiębiorstwo Komunalne Sp. Z O. O.

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery Of Diesel Oil In A Maximum Quantity Of 38,500 Liters To The Registered Office Of The Ordering Party, I.E. Przedsiębiorstwo Komunalne Sp. Z O. O., Ul. Konopnicka 40, 43-450 Ustroń.2. The Quantity Of Diesel Fuel Specified Is The Maximum Demand During The Contract Period. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Reduce The Amount Of Diesel Fuel Purchased. The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Claims Due To The Ordering Partys Reduction In The Amount Of Purchased Diesel Fuel.3. Diesel Oil Will Be Delivered Successively, As Needed By The Ordering Party, Each Time On The Basis Of A Partial Order Placed By The Ordering Party, Specifying The Quantity Of Delivery.4. Partial Orders Will Be Placed By The Ordering Party By Phone Or E-Mail.5. The Contractor Will Ensure, At Its Own Expense, The Transport Of Diesel Oil By Means Of Transport Adapted For This Purpose, I.E. A Tanker Truck Equipped With A Certified Flow Meter.6. Diesel Oil Must Be Delivered To The Address Indicated In Point 1 On Business Days For The Ordering Party From 7.00 A.M. To 3.00 P.M.7. The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver Diesel Oil Within 2 Business Days From Each Time The Ordering Party Places A Partial Order.8. If The Ordering Party Finds Defects Or Shortages Of Diesel Oil, The Contractor Will, Within 2 Days From The Date Of Reporting The Defects Or Shortages, Collect The Defective Oil At Its Own Expense And Deliver It Free Of Defects Within 2 Business Days From The Date Of Receipt Of The Defective Oil, Or Will Supplement The Quantity Of Oil Missing Within This Period.9. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Require The Contractor To Provide, Upon Partial Delivery, A Document Confirming The Physical And Chemical Properties Of The Delivered Diesel Fuel. The Cost Of Obtaining And Delivering The Document Is Borne By The Contractor.10. Each Refueling Will Be Settled Based On The Amount Of Oil Actually Refueled, As Indicated By The Flow Meter.11. The Detailed Scope Of The Contractors Responsibilities Is Described In Annex No. 4 To The Swz - Draft Agreement.12. The Ordering Party Sets The Minimum Payment Deadline At 14 Days, With The Reservation That Contractors May Offer A Longer Payment Deadline, Under The Conditions Described In This Tor.
