4.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of It Equipment And Security Devices As Part Of The Cybersafe Local Government Grant Project, Including: 1) Type 1 Server - 1 Pc; 2) Type 2 Server - 1 Pc; 3) Disk Array - 1 Pc; 4) Type 1 Ups - 47 Pcs; 5) Type 2 Ups - 1 Pc; 6) Type 1 Nas Server - 1 Pc;7) Type 1 Nas Server 2 – 2 Pcs;8) Utm – 2 Pcs;9) Switch Type 1 – 3 Pcs;10) Switch Type 2 – 3 Pcs;11) It Infrastructure Management Software – 1 Set.4.2. The Material Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Delivery To The Registered Office Of The Ordering Party, I.E. The Municipal Office In Frampol, To The Extent And Quantities Indicated In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, 2) The Delivered Equipment And Software Must Be Brand New, Unused, Undamaged And Free From Third Party Rights, 3) The Delivered Equipment And Software Must Come From The Official Distribution Channel In The Eu, 4) The Contractor Will Provide Such Packaging Of The Equipment As Is Required To Prevent To Its Damage Or Deterioration Of Its Quality During Transport To The Place Of Delivery, 5) The Equipment Will Be Marked In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, In Particular Safety Signs, 7) The Contractor Is Obliged To Implement The Supplied Hardware And Software, 8) The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With Instructions For Operating The Equipment Or - If They Are Made Available By The Manufacturer In Electronic Form - Will Provide Web Addresses Where They Can Be Downloaded. 9) For Software, The Contractor Is Obliged To Grant A Non-Exclusive License To The Ordering Party Or To Transfer To A Non-Exclusive License Rights In Accordance With The Licensing Rules Specified By The Manufacturer.4.3.
