Tenders Are Invited For Delivery Of Crushed Stone Aggregate (Sorted) With A Fraction Of 4÷31.5 Mm Along With Placement

The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery Of Crushed Dolomite Stone Aggregate (Sorted) With A Fraction Of 4÷31.5 Mm Together With Its Distribution On Roads And Areas Belonging To The Warka Commune Located In The Warka Commune In Places Indicated By The Ordering Party In An Amount Of At Least 4,000 Tons For The Purpose Of Current Road Maintenance. The Delivered Aggregates Must Comply With The Pn-En Standard 13043:2004 Aggregates For Bituminous Mixtures And Surface Treatments Used On Roads, Airports And Other Surfaces Intended For Traffic And Pn-En 13242:2004 Aggregates For Unbound And Hydraulically Bound Materials Used In Buildings And Road Construction. The Order Includes: 1) Delivery And Placement Of Aggregates For Roads And Squares In The Warka Commune In The Places Indicated By The Ordering Party. Places.2) Cost Of Purchase, Loading, Transport And Unloading.3) Distribution In The Indicated Places In A Total Amount Of Up To 20% Of The Actual Quantity Of Deliveries By:3.1. Preparation Of The Substrate For Material Placement By Profiling The Substrate With A Grader And Compacting It With A Rubber Roller.3.2. Unloading The Delivered Aggregate On The Indicated Roads (Using An Aggregate Paver Or Grader With Compaction). The Contractor Is Obliged To Unload The Delivered Aggregate To The Place Indicated By The Person Designated By The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party Requires That The Aggregate Be Unloaded In A Controlled Manner By Spreading It Over The Width Of The Road In A Layer About 10 Cm Thick. The Permissible Thickness Of The Aggregate Layer Should Not Exceed 15 Cm. The Aggregate Must Not Contain Elements Harmful To The Environment (E.G. Asbestos, Ashes, Etc.) Or Dangerous To Road Users (Metal, Wire, Etc.). The Contractor Is Responsible For The Quality Of The Delivered Aggregate. In The Case Of Delivery Of Aggregate That Does Not Meet Certain Standards (Fractions) And Contains Harmful And Dangerous Elements, The Contractor Will, At His Own Expense, Remove The Spilled Aggregate From The Road Within The Time Specified By The Ordering Party And Deliver, At His Own Expense, Aggregate That Meets The Conditions Specified In The Swz. The Aggregate Should Meet Applicable Standards And Have The Appropriate Certificate. The Ordering Party Requests That On The Day Of Signing The Agreement, The Contractor Provides The Ordering Party With A Document Confirming The Approval Of The Aggregate For Use, E.G. A Certificate(S) Of Quality Tests For The Delivered Aggregate Or A Declaration Of Compliance With The Standard. For Aggregate Deliveries, It Will Be Necessary To Always Provide A Current Wz Document For Which The Contractor Has Provided A Quality Test Certificate Or Declaration Of Conformity. Material Delivery During Office Hours, I.E. On Monday From 7.30 A.M. To 5.30 P.M., Tuesday-Thursday From 7.30 A.M. To 3.30 P.M., And On Friday From 7.30 A.M. To 1.30 P.M. Deliveries May Be Made On Other Dates After Prior Arrangement With The Ordering Party.
