The Subject Of The Order Includes Multi-Sector Investor Supervision During The Implementation Of The Investment Task Titled: Increasing The Energy Efficiency Of The Primary School Building In Sulmierzyce With The Installation Of A Heat Pump - Tender Documentation For The Works Is Available At Https://Ezamowienia.Gov.Pl/Mp-Client/Search/List/Ocds-148610-58B98908-F93b-44Ad-9496-A25ee74a1743 The Estimated Value Of The Supervised Investment Is Approx. Pln 500,000.00 Gross.2. The Subject Of The Order Referred To In Point 1 Will Include In Particular: 1) The Provision Of A Service Consisting Of Multi-Discipline Investor Supervision, I.E. Monitoring And Controlling Construction Projects On Behalf Of The Investor To Ensure Compliance Of The Works With The Project, Legal Provisions And Contracts. 2) The Contractor Will Assign Persons To Perform The Function Of Investor Supervision Inspectors To Carry Out This Order, Who Will Be Participants In The Construction Process (In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Construction Law), And Who Will Also Actively Participate Throughout The Entire Period Of The Order Execution And Will Have The Required Authorizations And Professional Experience To Perform The Above-Mentioned Duties. Functions. 3) Representing The Ordering Party In The Construction Works Performed On Its Behalf By Checking The Compliance Of The Construction Works With The Technical Documentation, The Application For Co-Financing, Regulations And Principles Of Technical Knowledge; 4) Maintaining Due Diligence In The Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract, Taking Into Account The Professional Nature Of The Conducted Activity; 5) Reporting To The Construction Site Without Additional Notice For The Duration Of The Works At Least Once A Week. Moreover, The Supervision Inspector Is Obliged To Appear On The Construction Site At Each Additional Request Of The Ordering Party. Arrival At The Construction Site Should Take Place No Later Than The Next Business Day From The Notification, During The Working Hours Of The Ordering Party And The Contractor Of Construction Works;6) Checking The Quality Of The Works Performed And Built-In Products, In Particular Preventing The Use Of Defective And Unauthorized Products;7) Checking And Acceptance Of Works That Are Covered Or Disappearing, Participating In Technical Acceptance, Preparation And Participation In Acceptance Activities;8) Confirming The Actually Performed Works And The Removal Of Defects, As Well Controlling Settlements And Checking Cost Estimates For Additional Or Replacement Works;9) Requesting From The Construction Manager Documents Confirming The Approval Of Products And Materials For Use In Construction; 10) Suspending Further Construction Works In The Event That Their Continuation Could Result In Unacceptable Non-Compliance With The Design Or Building Permit; 11) Verification Of As-Built Documentation; 12) In The Event Of The Need To Perform Additional Works Not Provided For In The Contract Co
