The Procedure Is Carried Out As Part Of The Implementation Of The Project Entitled: Support For The Deinstitutionalization Of Foster Care In The Poznań Subregion, European Funds For Greater Poland For 2021-2027 Program, Measure 6.15 Support For The Family And The Foster Care System, Co-Financed By The European Funds Social Fund Plus (Efs+), Application Number: Fewp.06.15-Iz.00-0002/23. English Language Tutoring Services At The Core Curriculum Level Covering Primary And Secondary Schools, Supporting Development, Compensating For Educational Delays, Consolidating Knowledge And Encouraging Children And Young People In Foster Care To Deepen Their Knowledge Of English, Including Preparation For Tests, Competitions And Exams, For 90 Hours, Including 30% Of The Services Provided Will Take Place At The Participants Place Of Residence, Assuming That One Hour Lasts (60 Minutes): A. Providing A Place For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order (Room, Room In Accordance With The Fewp Guidelines Along With Equipment And Accessories Necessary For The Proper Implementation Of A Specific Service) In The Szamotuły County In A Situation Where The Service Cannot Be Performed In The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party; C. Ensuring Staff With Appropriate Education, Qualifications And Required Professional Experience; D. The Contractor Will Provide The Necessary Teaching And Educational Materials As Part Of The Classes.E. Guaranteeing The Replacement Of Other Persons With Equivalent Qualifications In The Event Of Unforeseen Circumstances That Prevent The Provision Of The Service By The Persons Indicated In The Offer, After Consultation With The Ordering Party; F. Developing A Schedule For The Implementation Of Individual Forms Of Support, Including At Least The Days Of The Week And Hours Of Support Availability, And Submitting Them To The Ordering Party On The Day Of Signing The Contract At The Latest; G. Keeping The Ordering Party Informed About The Dates Of Individual Meetings With Project Participants; H. Keeping Documentation Of The Service Performed In Accordance With The Concluded Contract;I.
