Tenders are invited for Supply and Delivery of Ready-to-Eat Food Products to Support its Humanitarian Response for Displaced Families in Lebanon Closing Date: Thursday, 11. Jun 2026 Intervention Sector(s): Displaced Population, Food & Nutrition Remuneration range: > 6000 (USD) Duration of Contract: 3 MONTHS INSAN Association is inviting qualified food suppliers and distributors to submit bids for the supply and delivery of ready-to-eat food products to support its humanitarian response for displaced families in Lebanon. The purpose of this procurement is to ensure the timely availability of safe, nutritious, and high-quality ready-to-eat food items for households affected by displacement and other humanitarian challenges. The selected supplier(s) will be responsible for providing food products that meet applicable food safety standards, are appropriately packaged, and have sufficient shelf life to allow for storage and distribution. Suppliers are expected to demonstrate their capacity to deliver the required quantities within the specified timeframe and to maintain consistent product quality throughout the contract period. Preference will be given to suppliers with relevant experience in supplying food products for humanitarian, development, or institutional programs. The procurement process will be conducted in a transparent and competitive manner. Interested suppliers are invited to submit their technical and financial bids in accordance with the requirements and specifications outlined in the bidding documents. INSAN Association reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and to award contracts to one or more suppliers based on the evaluation results and operational needs. Through this procurement, INSAN aims to strengthen its emergency assistance efforts and ensure that vulnerable displaced families receive timely access to essential food support.
