The tender document will be available from 05/06/2026 after submitting the bank slip on email: [email protected] later thanone day after submission of the bank slip. The mandatory site visit is scheduled for Wednesday, 10/06/2026, at 11:00 AM. The visit will begin at the ActionAid Rwanda Ruheru Office in Nyaruguru District. Well prepared bids written in English language, properly bound, and presented in 2 copies of which, an original and 1 copy in sealed envelopes will be submitted to ActionAid Rwanda Head offices in Remera, KG 178 ST, 5 Amahoro Village, RUKIRI II Cell, Remera Sector, Gasabo District, Near Amahoro National Stadium next to RSSB/CSS Building on Tuesday, 23/06/2026 at 10:30 AM.
