Quotation are invited for Supply and Delivery Replacement of Asbestos Roof Sheet with IBR Sheet Uitsoek Plantation 4. ACTIVITIES a) Remove asbestos roof sheets, protect existing rafters and dispose asbestos at designated sites. b) Supply and install 75mm x 50mm CCA treated sawn timber purlins complete including securing to walls c) Supply and install sisalation complete with joint tapes and 2mm galvenised wire at 400mm centres, stretched evenly. d) Supply and install 0.6mm galvenised IBR roof sheets complete including cutting. e) Supply and install 0.45mm galvenised roof ridges and bend neatened on the edges. f) Supply all resources and beam fill external walls and internal walls g) Supply all resources and paint all where beam was undertaken and neaten to march existing. 5. MATERIALS 5.1. PURLINS New purlins shall 75mm x 50mm CCA treated timber. 5.2. SISALATION Sisalation shall domestic 405, 1.2m wide including joint taping 5.3. ROOF SHEETS Corrugated roof sheets 0.6mm thick galvenised and 3.8m long each. 5.4. ROLL TOP ROOF RIDGE Roll top roof ridge shall be 0.45mm thick galvenised. 5.5. IBR ROOF CLOSURE IBR Roof closures shall 4mm thick where applicable 5.6. Plasters on beam filling shall match existing. 5.7. All paint work shall be two coats and match existing. Neatened. 6. DELIVERY OF GOODS OR SERVICES 6.1. All material will be inspected and approved by the client before installation. 6.2. The service provider will provide inspection schedule to clients to inspect the work before proceeding to the next activity. 6.3. The work is to be delivered within 1 Calendar months and payments are to be made for completed structures, inspected, and signed off individually.
