The goal is to establish a Two-Year Framework Agreement that will support operations across various locations within Libya & Tunis. This Tender is a One-Envelope process NRC Libya will follow the One envelop process for this procurement. Therefore, please submit your quotation following the requirements detailed in the ITB.
