Expression of Interest for Motor Parking Area Improvement Works on Net Roof Installation and Concrete Flooring Work with MEF Business Development Center Announcement Description Business Development Center (BDC) is an initiative under the Ministry of Economy and Finance. BDC has been implemented to provide new office space with the aim to mobilize all the initiatives under one infrastructure to provide business support services, facilitate better coordination among key stakeholders, and bring together both private and public infrastructure to co-create and innovate. BDC is seeking a qualified construction company to carry out improvement works to enhance the usability, safety, durability, comfort, and overall appearance of the facility. The works are divided into two separate but related scopes: net roof installation over the designated motor parking area and concrete flooring work at the ground floor entrance area. Expected Outputs Request for Expression of Interest for Motor Parking Area Improvement Works on Net Roof Installation and Concrete Flooring Work Career Category: Expression of Interest Location:Phnom Penh Summary Goal of the construction Provide shaded and weather-protected parking space for motorcycles; Improve user convenience, safety, accessibility, and parking conditions; Reduce heat exposure and deterioration of parked vehicles; Replace deteriorated and uneven brick flooring with durable reinforced concrete flooring; Improve drainage, operational usability, and the overall appearance of the parking area; Ensure all works are completed with safe, durable, and good-quality workmanship in accordance with acceptable construction standards. Deliverables Scope Scope 1: Completed roofing structure with net covering system over approximately 1,365 m²; stable and properly installed steel support structure; secure and tensioned roofing net installation; clean and safe completed parking area; as-built drawings and warranty documentation, if required. Scope 2: Completed concrete flooring area of approximately 235 m²; properly compacted stone underlay; quality-finished concrete surface; clean and safe worksite after completion. DURATION OF THE SERVICE Forty to Sixty (45 - 60) working days after the signing date.
