Quotation are invited for Dubai Archive Project (ADP Core) Description: The Dubai Archive Project (ADP CORE) is a strategic initiative aimed at establishing a unified archival and records management framework across government entities in Dubai. The project seeks to preserve Dubais institutional memory, safeguard historical and governmental records, support knowledge management, improve accessibility to information, and ensure compliance with applicable archival and governance regulations. ADP CORE represents a transformation from traditional records management practices to a modern, digitally enabled archival ecosystem that supports Dubais future vision and smart government ambitions. Objective: To establish a comprehensive archive for the Emirate of Dubai that contributes to preserving the Emirates history in accordance with international best practices, while ensuring the safeguarding of governmental and historical records. The initiative will also maximize the effective utilization of existing enablers, including human resources and technological capabilities, to support a sustainable and efficient archival ecosystem.
