This Request For Information Describes The Identified Goals And Needs Of The South Ostrobothnia Welfare Area For The Management And Reservation System Of Reserve Staff And Substitutes. This Request For Information Is Not A Procurement Announcement Or A Request For Tenders, And It Does Not Oblige The Welfare Region Of Southern Ostrobothnia To Purchase. The Purpose Of The Request For Information Is To Inform The Potential Operators Offering The System Package According To This Request About The Plans Of The Procurement Unit (Southern Ostrobothnia Welfare Area) In Connection With The Solution Package Tender That Is Being Prepared. With The Help Of The Information Request, The Procurement Unit Maps The Supplier Market, And Hears Potential Operators About The Possibilities Of The Solutions They Offer And Their Suitability For The Requirements Of The Solution Identified By The Procurement Unit And The Procurement Units Service Needs. Based On The Request For Information, A Market Dialogue Is Started, Which Is Conducted In Writing.
