There Is Also A Desire To Strengthen Local Value Creation By Evaluating Suppliers From The Local Area. The Supplier Must Supply Biofuel With Stable And Documentable Quality Adapted To The Clients Existing Biofuel Plant. The Fuel Must Satisfy Specified Quality Requirements In Accordance With Iso 17225 As Well As Other Requirements Specified In The Tender Documents. Fuel That Causes Operational Disturbances, Blockages, Abnormal Slag Formation Or Damage To The Plant Can Be Rejected Even If Nominal Quality Parameters Are Met. Forest Chips Or Wood Pellets Can Be Offered. The Supplier Must Be Responsible For The Transport And Unloading Of Fuel Directly At The Facility, According To A Delivery Plan That Ensures Continuous Operation. Fuel Must Satisfy Defined Quality Requirements With Regard To Moisture Content, Size And Purity, And The Supplier Must Be Able To Document Quality Control Before Delivery. The Supplier Must Ensure That There Is Fuel In The Silo At All Times. The Client Can Carry Out Random Checks Of Fuel On Receipt. The Supplier Must Use Means Of Transport That Are Adapted To Local Infrastructure And Ensure Safe And Efficient Unloading. The Client Does Not Commit To A Specific Withdrawal Volume, And The Volume Can Be Both Increased And Decreased During The Contract Period. The Average Demand In Kwh Over The Past 5 Years Has Been 1,075,830 Kwh Per Year. Settlement Is Made On Delivered Kwh When Measuring From The Bioboiler, If Desired, A Separate Meter Can Be Established From The Supplier At Your Own Expense. In The Event Of Significant And Documented Cost Changes That Are Not Captured By The Cpi, The Parties Can Take Up The Prices For Assessment. The Client Reserves The Right To Cancel The Competition If There Is A Factual Reason, Including If Too Few Offers Are Received, Or If The Price Level In The Offers Is Considered To Be Significantly Higher Than Expected.
