A Non-Exclusive Framework Agreement Must Be Entered Into With One Supplier. The Agreement Has A Duration Of Three Years, With An Option For A Further Four Years, For A Total Of Up To Seven Years. The Estimated Value Of The Acquisition Is Nok 385 Million, And The Upper Financial Limit Is Set At Nok 710 Million. The Agreement Covers The Entire Delivery And Is Not Divided Into Sub-Contracts. The Competition Will Take Place As A Two-Stage Process, Where This Pre-Qualification Constitutes Stage One. Only Suppliers Who Meet The Qualification Requirements Will Be Invited To Participate In The Competition Itself (Step Two).
