Framework Agreement For Legal Services . Description Through This Competition, The Client Wishes To Enter Into A Framework Agreement For Legal Services Within The Legal Areas Of Property Sales, Property Acquisition, Public Procurement And Construction Contracts. The Agreement Must Be Entered Into For A Period Of Two (2) Years. The Client Has The Option To Further Extend The Agreement By One (1) Year At A Time, Up To Two (2) Times. The Maximum Total Agreement Period Is Thus Four (4) Years. If The Client Uses All Options, The Expected Total Value Of The Procurement Is Nok 2,200,000. The Total Value Of The Acquisition Is Calculated On The Basis Of Previous Consumption Over The Last Four Years, And Expected Future Consumption. The Maximum Contract Value Is Nok. 2,400,000.
