Ks Wants Offers For An R&D Project Which Will Provide A Comprehensive Survey And Analysis Of Research Activity In Municipalities And County Councils In Norway. The Project Will Investigate What Is Being Researched, How Research Work And Collaboration Is Organized And Anchored, Which Resources And Skills Are Used. Furthermore, The Project Will Identify Characteristics Of Municipalities And County Councils That Participate In Research Collaboration, And Shed Light On Which Prerequisites Strengthen Research Activity. Among Other Things, The Findings Will Provide A Basis For Further Development Of The Municipalities Collaboration Arena For Research (Ksf) And Relevant Instruments.
