The Parking And Markets Ict Systems Procurement Is Aiming To Modernise The Council’S Core Enabling Systems That Support Day-To-Day Delivery Of Parking And Markets Services. The Requirement Will Be Procured As Nine Interoperable Lots, Allowing Suppliers To Bid For One Or More Lots, Covering Key Functions Including Permits And Vouchers, Pcn Processing And Enforcement, Suspensions, Cycle Hangars, Cashless Parking, Fixed Penalty Notices, Markets And Street Trading, Parking Infrastructure Maintenance, And Abandoned Vehicle Processing.The Procurement Will Be Run As An Open Competitive Flexible Procedure Under The Procurement Act 2023, Using A Staged Evaluation Approach. The Anticipated Contract Model Is Predominantly Saas, With Appropriate Security, Data Protection, Reporting And Performance Management Requirements Applied Proportionately By Lot.
