The Council Is Seeking To Establish A Contract For The Provision Of A Nursing & Dementia Nursing Service And Hotel Service At Heathlands Care Centre Bidders Are Invited To Tender For The Service As Set Out In Schedule 1 Of The Contract. The Contract Will Be For An Initial Term Of 5 Years (April 2027 – April 2032) With An Option For The Council To Extend For Up To Three Further Periods Of 5 Years Each (April 2032 – April 2037, April 2037 – April 2042, April 2042 – April 2047), Up To A Total Of 20 Years.The Total Value Of This Opportunity Is Estimated To Be £57,193,215 (Excluding Vat) Before Uplifts As Defined In The Terms And Conditions Based On The Councils’ Best And Reasonable Estimations, Though This May Vary In Instances Of A Demand-Based Service.The New Contract Is Anticipated To Commence On 8Th April 2027.
