Conditions Surveys Undertaken Across The Portfolio In 2026 Have Highlighted The Need For A Lifecycle Investment Programme Which Tmbc Has Committed To. Tmbc Is Also Developing A Leisure Investment Strategy, Informed By A Recent Leisure Build Facilities Strategy And Upcoming Playing Pitch Strategy, To Define Investment Plans For The Development Of The Leisure Portfolio Over The Next 5-10 Years. It Is Tmbc’S Intention That This Will Include Development Of A New Facility To Replace Ashton Leisure Centre (Closed In 2023) And Consider Development Options For Active Copley Linked To The Facility’S Age And Condition.As Part Of Preliminary Market Engagement, It Is The Ambition Of Tmbc To Seek Confidential Responses From Operators To A Brief Set Of Questions Which Explore Potential Partnership Options.
