Islington Has A High Level Of People Experiencing Multiple Disadvantage, Typically Defined As Experiencing Two Or More Of: Homelessness, Substance Misuse, Mental Ill-Health, Domestic Abuse And Offending. It Is Ranked The 6Th Most Deprived Borough In London And Whilst Rough Sleeping Numbers Are Lower Than Other Central London Boroughs, Those Who Are Rough Sleeping Often Have Multiple And Complex Support Needs, Which Is Continuing To Drive The Long-Term Rough Sleeping Numbers. The Council Intends To Procure A Street Based Assertive Outreach Service To Engage And Support Individuals Rough Sleeping In Islington, To Support Them Into Accommodation And Away From The Streets.Suppliers Interested In This Opportunity Are Invited To Attend A Virtual Information And Engagement Session To Be Held On Microsoft Teams On Thursday 11 June 2026 At 3.30Pm – 4.30Pm.Once You Express An Interest In This Event, You Will Receive An Email With Further Details.
