This Service Is Part Of The “Time For Care And Wellbeing” Program, Organized By The Illustrious Municipality Of Lampa, Through The Community Development Directorate, And Its Purpose Is To Provide A Space For Care And Well-Being To Families, Neighbors Of The Commune, Through Quality Services Focused On Self-Care, Beauty, Well-Being, Community Participation And Access To Municipal Services. The Service Considers, Among Others, The Provision, Transfer, Assembly, Installation, Operation, Disassembly And Removal Of Structures, Stands, Led Screen, Audio System, Generator, Temporary Electrical Installation, Furniture, Heating, Specialized Hairdressing, Manicure And Masterclass Services, Musical Group, Personalized Gifts, Promotional Video, Technical Staff, General Coordinator, Supplies, Certifications, Permits, Security Elements And All The Components Necessary For The Correct Execution Of The Activity. The Activity Will Take Place On June 20, 2026, Between 12:00 And 20:00, At The Republic Of Poland School, Located At Calle Tres No. 39, Batuco, Commune Of Lampa Or On The Date, Place Or Time Indicated By The Its, Considering An Estimated Attendance Of 2,000 Attendees And Beneficiaries. The Offeror Must Contemplate In Its Proposal All The Human, Technical, Material, Logistical, Operational, Security And Coordination Resources Necessary For The Optimal Development Of The Required Service, Being Its Sole Responsibility To Ensure Full Compliance With The Services, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Technical Specifications, Including All Those Elements, Supplies, Accessories, Transfers, Installations, Certifications, Permits Or Security Measures That Are Inherent To The Nature Of The Contracted Service.
