Environmental Training Services – Training Of Companies And Forest Defense Work Organizations Against Fire In Reconciling Dfci/Biodiversity/Landscape Issues In Their Dfci Work. The Consultation Is Launched In The Form Of An Open Call For Tenders In Accordance With Articles R2161-2 To R2161-5 And R2162-1 Et Seq. Of The Public Procurement Code (Ccp). The Contract Is Partly At A Global And Fixed Price And Partly Concluded In The Form Of A Framework Agreement Setting Out All The Contractual Stipulations And Executed As Purchase Orders Are Issued Under The Conditions Set Out In Articles R. 2162-13 And R. 2162-14 Of The Public Procurement Code. The Framework Agreement Is Concluded Without A Minimum Amount And For A Maximum Annual Amount Of 7,000 Euro(S) Excluding Tax. The Services Will Be The Subject Of A Single Market. In Application Of Article L2113-11 Of The Public Procurement Code, The Choice Not To Award This Contract Is Justified By The Following Reason(S): - The Subject Of The Contract Does Not Allow The Identification Of Distinct Services And The Division Into Separate Lots Risks Making It Technically Difficult To Perform The Services. In Fact, It Involves The Organization Of Training Sessions On A Specific Theme. It Is Not Planned To Break It Down Into Sections
