The Aok Community, Consisting Of The Eleven Independent Aoks (Corporations Under Public Law), Their It Service Providers (Organized As Working Groups Or Civil Law Companies), Aok Systems Gmbh And The Aok-Bundesverband Egbr, Is Planning To Introduce A New So-Called Aok Hr It Master Based On Sap Hcm For S/4Hana (H4s4) And Sap Successfactors Employee Central With Sap Successfactors Time Tracking And Sap Bw/4Hana And Sap Build (The Overall Project). The Technical Hr Processes That Were Previously Managed Independently By The Individual Aoks - Some With Their Own Hr Departments, Some Organized Centrally Or At Various Locations In Germany - Are To Be Standardized, More Centralized And Largely Relocated To The Cloud As Part Of The Project. In Order To Implement The Overall Project, The Clients Need Support From External Service Providers, Particularly In The Form Of Consulting Services In The Broadest Sense. These Services Are Divided Into Several Lots, Which Are Commissioned Separately In Separate Procurement Procedures. The Subject Of The Current Tender For Lot 1 Is The Consolidation And Implementation Of The Hr Core Processes In A Hybrid Sap Landscape Consisting Of Successfactors And H4s4. The Commissioned Service Includes In Particular The Professional And Technical Consolidation And Harmonization Of Existing Hr Functionalities And Processes, The Conception, Configuration And Implementation Of The New Aok Hr It Master In Accordance With The Target Architecture In A Tenant/Client, The Support And Implementation Of Gradual Roll-Outs Of The Configured System For The Individual Aoks, As Well As The Handover Of An Error-Free And Operational System To The Client For Productive Operation, Including Successful Completion Of The Hypercare Phase And Submission Of All Documentation For Further Operation By The End Of Sap Extended Maintenance For Sap Ecc Hcm At The Latest (Currently December 31, 2030). The Project Is A Central Component Of The Aok Communitys Digital Hr Transformation And Serves The Long-Term Standardization And Optimization Of Human Resources Processes Within It. The Contractor For Lot 1 Will Play A Key Role In The Technical And Professional Implementation Of The New System. The Clients Reserve The Right To Only Award The Contract If All License Agreements Required For The Implementation Of The Overall Project (See Section 3 Of The Service Description) Have Been Concluded With Sap Deutschland Se & Co. Kg. Otherwise, The Clients Reserve The Right To Cancel The Award Procedure Without Awarding The Contract. Otherwise, Section 63 Vgv Applies.
