Thus, This Framework Agreement Aims To Support The Epa Nice Ecovallée In The Definition And Deployment Of A Global Consultation Strategy In A Territory Undergoing Strong Urban, Economic And Environmental Transformation As Well As The Operational Implementation Of Participatory Mechanisms And The Animation Of Dialogue Approaches With Stakeholders Within The Framework Of The Conduct Of Regulatory Consultations, Voluntary Initiatives Or More Ambitious Forms Of Consultation In Execution Of The Parc Méridia Project: The Productive City As An Environmental Development Project. This Framework Agreement Includes Four Types Of Missions: *Mission 1: Development Of The Epa Consultation Strategy *Mission 2: Sustainable City Demonstrator Program *Mission 3: Consultation Mechanisms *Mission 4: Organization And Operation Of The Mission Mission 2 Of This Framework Agreement Is Supported By The State Within The Framework Of The Call For Expressions Of Interest (Ami) Sustainable City Demonstrators Operated By The Bank Of Territories (Caisse Des Dépôts), As Part Of France 2030. The Components And Characteristics Of These Missions Covered By This Framework Agreement Are Described In The Specifications Of Special Technical Clauses (Cctp), Attached To The Business Consultation File (Dce). This Is A Single-Award Framework Agreement Executed By Purchase Orders, With No Minimum Amount And A Maximum Amount Of 450,000 Euros Excluding Tax. It Is Processed At Unit Prices.
