Auditing Services – 2026-036 _ Framework Agreement For Carrying Out Financial, Contractual And Support Audits For The Execution Of The Ratp Contract. The Purpose Of This Framework Agreement, Single-Award And With Purchase Orders, Is To Provide Financial, Accounting, Contractual And Operational Audit Services Relating To The Execution Of The Operating Contract Entrusted To Ratp. Purchase Orders Will Be Notified By The Buyer As And When Required And Will Be Executed Under The Conditions Set Out In Article R. 216213 And R. 216214 Of The Public Order Code. The Framework Agreement Is Concluded Without A Minimum Amount And With A Maximum Amount Of 2,200,000 Euros Excluding Tax Per Contractual Period Of Twenty-Four (24) Months, It Is Renewable Once (1) For A Further Period Of 24 Months.
