Miscellaneous Spare Parts – Out-Of-Warranty Subscription Service, With Included Limit Value For Spare Parts Of Medical Equipment And Siemens Software. Out-Of-Warranty Subscription Service, With Included Limit Value For Spare Parts Of Medical Equipment – Nuclear Magnetic Resonance Magnetom Altea And Software For Post-Processing And Visualization Of Imaging Studies For A Period Of 24 Months. Subscription Maintenance Services Include: Performing Mandatory Preventive Maintenance, According To The Manufacturers Instructions And In Accordance With Regulatory Requirements; Unlimited Number Of Visits, When Calling Through A Request To Diagnose Damage/S And Carry Out Repair/S Of The Medical Equipment And/Or Software; Perform On-Call By Request Diagnostics, Adjustments, Calibrations, Tests And Software Updates To Ensure Full Functionality Of Medical Equipment And/Or Software. Deliveries Of Spare Parts Deliveries Of Spare Parts Are Periodic And Are Carried Out Only When Necessary, After A Prior Written Request From The Contracting Authority, Depending On His Needs. The Contract, In Its Part For The Periodic Supply Of Spare Parts, Will Be Concluded At The Indicated Marginal Estimated Value For The Spare Parts – 255,645.60 Euros Excluding Vat. For The Term Of The Contract, The Contracting Authority Is Not Obliged To Realize The Full Amount Of The Agreed Amount, But Only As Much As Requested, Delivered And Installed. The Delivery Also Includes Installation Of The Requested Spare Part In The Device.
