Ensuring The Comfort Of Passengers: Announcing The Timetables In A Prominent Place; Ticket Prices And Maps Or Other Information. 4. Compliance With The Statutory Sanitary And Hygienic Requirements, In Terms Of Cleanliness, Heating And Ventilation Of The Passenger Cabin, According To The Season. 5. Maintaining The Environmental And Technical Qualities Of The Buses For The Entire Term Of The Contract. In The Event Of A Technical Or Other Problem, Timely Provision Of A Spare Vehicle For Carrying Out The Transport Service. 6. In Case Of Non-Fulfilment Of The Quality Indicators, The Sanctions Specified In The Contract Between The Parties Are Imposed.
