Hoai, Service Phases 1 To 6, 8 - Optionally If Required: Specialist Planning Of The Technical Equipment In Accordance With §§ 53 Ff. Hoai, Service Phases 1 To 9 And In Particular The Following Special/Additional Services: - Local Construction Monitoring In Accordance With Appendix 12.1 To The Hoai 2021 For Engineering Structures - Planning-Accompanying Measurement In Accordance With Appendix 1.4.2 Ff. To The Hoai 2021, Service Phases 1 To 4 - Construction Survey In Accordance With Appendix 1.4.5 Ff Pipes - Recalculation Of The Existing Pumps The Client Initially Only Commissions The Service Phases 1 To 4 Of The Object Planning For Engineering Structures And The Specialist Planning Of The Structural Planning In Accordance With Hoai And Reserves The Right To Further Commission The Further Service Phases And Construction Phases Individually Or As A Whole. There Is No Entitlement To Further Orders, Nor Can This Result In Any Other Contractual Obligations For The Client.
