Construction-Site Supervision Services – Opc Contract For The Rehabilitation Of 39 Collective Housing Units And 12 Individual Housing Units, Place Du Sana In Montigny En Ostrevent. The Contract Is Awarded In Accordance With Articles R.2124-2, R.2161-2 To R.2161-5, R.2172-1 To R.2172-6, R.2431-17 Of The Public Order Code Of April 1, 2019. The Contract Concerns The Designation Of A Holder And A Substitute For The Execution Of The Mission Element Of Scheduling, Steering And Coordination As As Defined By Article R.2431-17 Of The Public Procurement Code. Lopc Intervenes In The Studies And Design Phase, Site Preparation Phase, Work Execution Phase And Reception Phase. The Contract Is The Subject Of A Single Tranche. The Services Will Begin Upon Notification Of The Contract And Will End After The Complete Lifting Of The Reservations Expressed Upon Receipt Of The Works. The Estimated Works Budget Is 4,261,000 Euro(S) Excluding Tax (No Road Works Are Planned). The Estimated Start Date For The Execution Of The Services Is October 2026.
