Delivery Performance And Commissioning Of A Simultaneous Thermal Analysis Device With The Following Minimum Features: 1. Temperature Range: From 15°C To A Maximum Of 1600°C Working Temperature And At A Continuous Temperature Of 1550°C. The System Must Be Able To Be Stably Controlled In This Range And Be Able To Operate In Normal Operation Without Wear And Tear In Relation To The Temperature. The Temperature Resolution In The Oven Must Meet The Requirements Of High-Precision Analysis (±0.1?K Or Better In The Calibration State). 2. Heating And Cooling Rates: Individually Adjustable Heating Rates From Very Low (1 K/Min) Up To 50 K/Min. The Maximum Heating Speed Must Reach At Least 50 K/Min In Order To Be Able To Run Fast Temperature Programs. The Cooling Rate Must Be So High That The Furnace Chamber Can Be Opened Safely After A Maximum Of 60 Minutes At An Operating Temperature Of 1600 °C.
