Support Services For Railway Transport – 2025-094: Carrying Out Diagnostics On The Quality Of Adapted Transport Plans During Work On The Railway Lines Of The Ile-De-France Network. The Purpose Of This Framework Agreement, Single-Awarded And With Purchase Orders, Is To Carry Out Audit Services Known As “Works Diagnostics” In Order To Measure Whether The Requirements Of Île-De-France Mobilités Are Met With Regard To The Quality Of The Arrangements For Taking Care Of Travelers In The Event Of Work. Purchase Orders Will Be Notified By The Buyer As And When Required And Will Be Executed Under The Conditions Set Out In Articles R. 2162-13 And R. 2162-14 Of The Public Procurement Code. In Accordance With Article R. 2162-4 Of The Public Procurement Code, The Framework Agreement Is Concluded Without A Minimum Amount And With A Maximum Amount Of €600,000 Excluding Tax Per Contractual Period Of Twenty-Four (24) Months.
