Cleaning And Sanitation Services In Urban Or Rural Areas, And Related Services – Improving The Conductivity Of The River Bed According To The Plan Of The Village Of Bohova, Trun Municipality. The Subject Of The Service Is To Improve The Conductivity Of The River Bed According To The Plan Of The Village Of Bohova, Trun Municipality. The Cleaning Of The River Bed According To The Plan Of The Village Of Bohova Is 2300 M Long. Purpose Of The Service: Providing Protection From The Harmful Effects Of Water, In Compliance With The Current Regulations; Reduction Of The Danger Threat Of Flooding; Flood Risk Reduction; Adaptation To Climate Change And Disaster Risk Reduction; Environmental Improvement. The Implementation Of The Activities Shall Be Carried Out On The Basis Of Art. 140 Of The Civil Code And In Accordance With The Laws, Rules And Regulations Currently In Force In The Republic Of Bulgaria Regarding The Implementation Of Objects And Works Of This Nature. The Contractor Should Carry Out The Activities Subject To The Order In Strict Compliance With The Law On Water, The Law On Environmental Protection, The Law On Waste Management And Other Special Laws And By-Laws. The Contractor Is Required To Comply With The Environmental Requirements During Work, The Instructions And Directions Of The Employer And Other Competent Authorities, Given In Accordance With The Current Regulations, As Well As Not To Damage The Environment In Any Way, Including The Tree Species Adjacent To The Riverbeds. The Purpose Of Cleaning The Sections Of The Riverbeds On The Territory Of The Municipality Of Trun Is To Prevent Flooding Of Properties, Buildings And Elements Of Engineering Infrastructure. The Activities Are Aimed At Preventing Flood Risks, Protecting The Life And Health Of The Population, Sustainable Development, Protecting And Improving The Environment And Risk Management. Measures To Reduce The Risk Of Floods Are Part Of The Preventive Activity In The Sense Of The Disaster Protection Act.
