The Hus Corporation Is Requesting Offers For An Automatic Pipettor To Be Purchased For The Flow Cytometry Workstation Of The Special Hematology Laboratory Of The Hus Diagnostic Center (Hus Dgk). In The Hus Dgk Flow Cytometry Laboratory, Approx. 8,000 Flow Cytometric Tests Are Performed Annually, Including Diagnostic And Distribution Studies Of Hemato-Lymphatic Malignancies, Treatment Follow-Up/Residual Disease Studies Of The Aforementioned Diseases, Immunological Studies, Determinations Of Cd34-Positive Stem Cells And Fetomaternal Leakage Detection Studies. The Samples To Be Examined Are Mainly Blood, Bone Marrow, Tissue And Cerebrospinal Fluid Samples. Each Sample Is Subjected To 1–10 Different Antibody Labeling, And One Labeling Contains Approx. 4–12 Different Antibodies. Some Of The Samples Are Washed Before Staining, And Most Of The Samples Undergo Erythrocyte Lysis After Staining. In Addition, Intracellular Staining Is Performed On Some Of The Samples. Then The Sample Is Fixed After Surface Staining With A Fixing Solution, And After That The Cells Are Made Permeable With Another Solution. In Some Antibody Combinations, The Fluorescence Labels Are Such That They Require The Addition Of An Additional Reagent To The Antibody Staining. Currently, All Sample Processing Is Done Manually In The Laboratory. The Purpose Of The Automatic Pipettor Is To Automate Sample Processing At The Workstation, I.E. Sample Washing, Antibody Staining, Lysis Of Red Blood Cells And Intracellular Staining. The Goal Is Also To Eliminate Possible Sources Of Error Related To Manual Work, Such As Pipetting The Wrong Reagents Or Mixing Samples. For This, Traceability Of Samples And Reagents Is Required From The Automatic Pipettor. The Laboratory Uses Becton Dickinsons Facslyric™ Flow Cytometers, And The Automatic Pipettor To Be Purchased Must Be Compatible With These Devices In Certain Respects (E.G. Suitability Of Secondary Tubes). The Goal Is To Acquire A Device That Performs Sample Processing With As Little User Intervention As Possible, I.E. Is So-Called Walk-Away Device. The Purchase Includes The Delivery And Installation Of The Device, As Well As The Maintenance Service Integral To The Device, As Well As Device-Related Reagents, Cleaning Solutions And Other Consumables. The Minimum And Other Requirements Regarding The Device, Maintenance Service And Consumables Are Defined In Detail In This Request For Tender And Its Appendices. It Is A Total Purchase, Which Is Not Divided Into Parts, Because The Device, The Related Maintenance Service And The Consumables Form An Inseparable Functional Entity. Maintenance Service And Consumables Are Device-Related, And Dividing The Purchase Into Parts Is Neither Technically Nor Functionally Appropriate. The Equipment To Be Procured Will Be Ordered And Delivered During 2026 In Accordance With The Terms Of This Tender And The Attached Equipment Contract Draft.
