This Call For Tenders Concerns The Conclusion Of A Framework Contract (Without Volume Commitment), By Which The Service Provider Undertakes, Upon Request From Ocas, To Provide It, For A Specific Mandate Chosen By It, With A System In Order To Meet Its Objectives. By “System”, We Mean A Set Of Human Resources Coordinated By The Service Provider. The Objective Is To Be Able To Benefit, Over A Period Of 3 To 5 Years, From In-Depth Knowledge And Field Experience For The Development And Maintenance Of The Easyvista Solution, Making It Possible To Coherently Cover All Service Management Processes, Including In Particular The Management Of Itil Processes.
