Framework Agreements Are To Be Concluded For Thüga Ags Associated Companies For The Rental Of Digital Printing And Copying Systems. All Requirements Should Be Met By A Maximum Of 3 Powerful Partners. The Investment Companies Entitled To Access Include Both Thüga And The Companies Affiliated With Thüga (Https://Www.Thuega.De/Die-Thuega/Thuega-Partner), I.E. Companies In Which A Parent Company Holds The Majority Of Voting Rights And/Or The Majority Of Capital, Defined Minority Interests And Companies From Purchasing Cooperations. The Contractors Must Be Able To Provide All Advertised Services Completely And Professionally, Either Independently Or With The Involvement Of Subcontractors. All Thüga Investments Can Access The Required Deliveries And Services From The Framework Agreement In Their Own Name And For Their Own Account. The New Devices Are Rented.
