Building-Cleaning Services – Cleaning Service Of The Montecelo And Provincial Hospitals, Centers Dependent On The Sanitary Area Of Pontevedra And O Salnés. The Object Of This Contract Is The Cleaning Service Of The Montecelo And Provincial Hospitals, Belonging To The Pontevedra And O Salnés Health Area. The Service To Be Contracted Includes The Following Services: • The Interior Cleaning Of All Hospital Rooms • The Cleaning Of Furniture And Equipment • The Cleaning Of Exterior Areas • The Collection And Evacuation Of Waste • The Collection And Evacuation Of Dirty Clothes And The Transfer And Distribution Of Clean Clothes • Provision Of The Necessary Cleaning, Disinfection And Cleaning Materials And Products • Provision Of The Necessary Machinery, Supplies And Tools • All Those, Complementary To The Previous Ones, That Are Necessary To Achieve The Most Suitable Cleaning That Corresponds To The Activity That It Is Done In The Hospital. The Scope Of The Contracts Services Is Established In The Technical Prescription Document. The Cleaning Service Will Be Provided In Both Hospitals (Montecelo And Provincial), Both Inside And Outside, With The Exception Of The Following Areas: Kitchen And Cafeteria. The Cleaning Of These Areas Is Excluded From The Contract Because It Is The Responsibility Of The Successful Bidders Of The Contracts For The Cafeteria And Kitchen Services In The Case Of The Provincial Hospital, Or Because It Is The Responsibility Of The Kitchen Staff Themselves, In The Case Of The Montecelo Hospital. The Area Covered By The Service That Is Intended To Be Contracted Is Approximately 86,257 M2, The Result Of Measurements Made On The Building Plans And, Consequently, They Are Approximate Areas. The Surfaces (Total, Interior Distribution By Risk Areas And Exteriors And Roads) Are Described In The Ppt. The Area To Be Cleaned Is Approximately 86,257 M²: • Montecelo Hospital 58,084 M² • Provincial Hospital 28,173 M²
