A) Participation Competition: In A Preliminary Application Process, Companies Express Their Interest In Taking Part In The Process And, Among Other Things, Provide The Required References. All Necessary/Required Evidence And Self-Declarations Must Be Enclosed With The Application. If An Applicant Cannot Provide Just One Explanation/Proof Of The Exclusion Criteria, He Or She Will Be Excluded From The Procedure. The Client Only Provides For A Subsequent Request For Missing Explanations Or Evidence In Accordance With Section 56 Paragraph 2 Vgv If Fewer Than 5 Applicants Meet The Admission Requirements. For Legal Entities, The Technical Requirements Are Met If Their Statutory Business Purpose Includes Planning Services That Correspond To The Task At Hand And If The Authorized Representative Of The Legal Entity Meets The Technical Requirements That Are Placed On Natural Persons. In A Group Of Applicants, All Participants Must Meet The Exclusion Criteria Separately. However, Submitting A Joint Application To Participate Is Sufficient. According To Section 51 Vgv, The Number Of Applicants For The Second Phase Is Limited. At Least 200 Points Must Be Achieved For The Award Criteria 1, 2, 3 And 4 So That The Awarding Authority Can Award The Contract. The Client Reserves The Right To Award The Contract To The Initial Offer In Accordance With Section 17 (11) Vgv.
