The Control Facilities In The Stations Are Mostly Made Up Of Computers And The Computers For The Hmi Systems Are Approaching Their Technical Lifespan, 8-10 Years, And Are In Need Of Renewal As They Are Now 9 Years Old. Other Parts Of The Control Facilities Have Significant Service Life Left. The Life Of A Part Of The Control System In St10 Barkeryd And St20 Hurva In Hvdc, The Scm System Is Soon Obsolete And Has Reached Its Technical Life. The Technical Lifespan Of The Scm System Is Estimated To Be 10 Years And For Other Parts Of The Control System The Lifespan Is Estimated To Be 20 Years. The Project Thus Replaces Part Of The Control Facility 10 Years Before A Complete Replacement.
