The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of A Service Consisting In Providing Parp With An It System (Hereinafter Referred To As The System) To Operate A Financial Instrument Supporting The Digital And Green Transformation Of Enterprises Under Measure Feng.01.02 Digital And Environmentally Friendly Transformation Fund, Including: 1) Within The Scope Of The Basic Order: I. Provision Of The System In A Model Hosted And Made Available By The Contractor On The Infrastructure Provided By The Contractor. The System Is Only Available Via A Web Browser. The Full Functionality Of The System Must Be Available From A Browser; Ii. Delivery Of Floating Access Licenses Necessary To Use The System In Its Full Functional Scope And Under The Conditions Specified In The Tender Documentation. The Provided Licenses Should Enable The Use Of The System By Persons Indicated By The Ordering Party, Without The Need To Incur Additional Fees; Iii. Adapting The System To The Functional And Non-Functional Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order; Iv. Providing Warranty Service For The Provided System For The Duration Of The Contract; V. Training Of Parp Employees Indicated By The Ordering Party (Up To 30 People) In The Scope Of: A. Use Of The System, Including, Among Others: Efficient Navigation Of Users Around The System, Using All Its Functionalities, Entering Data And Creating Reports, Generating Views In The Database, Discussing Connections Between Database Tables (Up To 20 People); B. Substantive Administration Covering The Administrative Scope Granted To The Ordering Party By The Contractor On The Basis Of The Arrangements Of Stage 1 Referred To In Point 7.1 Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Up To 10 People); Vi. Training Of External Users (Financing Partners (Up To 70 People) Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Use Of The System, Including, Among Others, Efficient Navigation Of Users In The System, Use Of All Its Functionalities, Entering Data And Creating Reports, Generating Views In The Database, Discussion Of Connections Between Database Tables. 2) In The Scope Of Option Rights: I. Extension Of The Operation Of The System In Terms Of Its Maintenance For A Period Of 2 Years; Ii. Provision Of Development Hours As Part Of Individual Orders Submitted By The Ordering Party, Covering A Pool Of 500 Development Hours; Iii. Increasing The Number Of Floating Access Licenses For Users By A Maximum Of Another 100 (In Words: One Hundred). 2.
