Tenders are invited for Supply and Delivery of Tyres and Tubes for the Judiciary under a Three (3) Year Framework Contract. Prices quoted for the above tender shall be inclusive of all taxes, delivery costs, and public procurement capacity building levy (PPCBL) of 0.03% and must be expressed in Kenya Shillings and shall remain valid for one hundred and twenty (120) days from the closing date of the tender. The Tender must be accompanied by a tender security of Kenya Shillings Five Hundred Thousand (Kshs. 500,000.00) valid for 150 days from the tender closing date in the form of a guarantee from a reputable Bank or Institutions approved and licensed by the Central Bank of Kenya (CBK) or by an Insurance Company registered and licensed by the Insurance Regulatory Authority (IRA) addressed and payable to the Chief Registrar of the Judiciary. The tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted. Late submission of the tender shall be rejected.
