The Government of Liberia through the Ministry of Agriculture has received Additional Financing as a grant from the Global Agriculture Food Security Program (GAFSP) of the World Bank Group with supervision from the African Development Bank (AfDB) for Agriculture development in Liberia. This grant will be used to finance activities of the Smallholder Agriculture Development for Food and Nutrition Security (SADFONS) Project. The project intends to apply part of the proceeds toward the supply of Lot #: 1_Agri Chemicals and Lot #: 2_Fertilizers for the NCO and CARI. The MoA/SADFONS/PIU now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply of various Agri Chemicals & Fertilizers for the NCO and CARI. Smallholder Agriculture Development for Food and Nutrition Security (SADFONS) Ministry of Agriculture Annex, LIBSUCO Compound Old LPRC Road, Japan Freeway, Gardnersville, Monrovia, Liberia 3. Bidding will be conducted through the Open Competitive Bidding International (OCB-I) method as specified in the Banks new Procurement Framework which became effective as from the 1st of January 2016 and is open to all eligible bidder as defined in the Bank Procurement Framework. 5. The bidding document in English may be purchased by interested eligible Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of US$100.00. The method of payment will be in cash or by direct deposit, the banking details will be provided when requested. The document will be sent via email or in hard copy. 6. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before July 1, 2026 @ 1:00 PM. Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below.
