Tenders Are Invited For Leadership Training And Mentorship Program

Tenders are invited for Leadership Training and Mentorship Program for Women in PITA Member ICT Companies. The Palestinian Information Technology Association of Companies (PITA) is the leading representative body of the ICT sector in Palestine, representing more than 150 ICT companies and working to promote innovation, digital transformation, private-sector growth, and the development of an inclusive digital economy. Despite the continued growth of the ICT sector, women remain underrepresented in technical leadership, management, and decision-making roles. Many women working in ICT companies possess strong technical expertise and professional potential, yet face limited access to structured leadership development, mentorship, career advancement support, and visibility within their organizations and across the wider ICT ecosystem. Within this context, PITA is implementing the project Inclusive Digital Transformation, funded by the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) and supported by the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ). The project aims to strengthen womens participation, leadership, and meaningful engagement in Palestines ICT sector, while promoting inclusive digital transformation across companies and institutions. As part of this initiative, PITA seeks to contract a qualified training company to design and deliver a structured Leadership Training and Mentorship Program targeting women employees from PITA member ICT companies. The program will focus on strengthening leadership competencies, strategic thinking, decision-making, communication, negotiation, conflict resolution, and career advancement readiness. It will also include a structured mentorship component and a practical Leadership Application Project to support participants in applying their learning to real workplace challenges and opportunities. The program will be delivered primarily online, complemented by two face-to-face training days in Ramallah. A closing event will also be held in Ramallah at the end of the program.
