Expression of Interest for Providing Underutilized Lands / Properties to Eligible Investors for Optimal Utilization - Stage 2. Duly completed Expressions of Interest (EOI) with required attachments shall be dispatched via registered post addressed to the Chairman, High Level Procurement Committee, Ministry of Plantation and Community Infrastructure, 8th Floor, Wing A, Sethsiripaya" Stage II, Battaramulla or placed in the Tender Box, which will be kept at the Accounts Division, Ministry of Plantation and Community Infrastructure, 8th Floor-Wing A, "Sethsiripaya" Stage II, Battaramulla to reach at or before 11.00 a.m on 30.06.2026. The envelope containing the proposal must clearly be marked as "EOI-Providing Underutilized Lands/ Properties to Eligible Investors for Optimal Utilization" at the top left-hand corner of the envelope.
