Supplies Of Diesel Oil For The Ordering Partys Own Needs In An Amount Of Up To Approx. 300,000 Dm3 For A Period Of 12 Months From The Date Of Signing The Contract To A Storage Tank With A Capacity Of 5,000 Dm3 Leased From The Contractor And Installed In The Companys Technical Facility Located In Mysłowice At Ul. Measuring Cups 38. The Ordering Party Is Not Obliged To Purchase The Entire Amount Of Fuel Specified Above. This Quantity Is An Estimate And Is Used To Calculate The Offer Price. The Contractor Cannot Make Claims Against The Ordering Party For Purchasing Less Than The Planned Amount Of Fuel During The Term Of The Contract.
