Measuring Cups 38. The Ordering Party Is Not Obliged To Purchase The Entire Amount Of Fuel Specified Above. This Quantity Is An Estimate And Is Used To Calculate The Offer Price. The Contractor Cannot Make Claims Against The Ordering Party For Purchasing Less Than The Planned Amount Of Fuel During The Term Of The Contract.
