Jun 2026 Intervention Sector(s): Health The Lebanese Succour Association (LSA) invites qualified and experienced vehicle leasing companies to submit proposals for the provision of long-term vehicle leasing and fleet management services across Lebanon. The scope of work includes the phased leasing of up to 55 vehicles over a five or seven-year period, with an initial deployment of 15 vehicles upon contract award. Vehicle categories include sedans, SUVs, city cars, light commercial vehicles, and other operational fleet requirements. The selected provider will be expected to offer comprehensive maintenance, insurance coverage, roadside assistance, replacement vehicles, and fleet support services. LSA also welcomes proposals including lease-to-own options, fleet management services for LSA-owned vehicles, maintenance-only services, and additional value-added solutions.
