The assignment will include implementing structured learning cohorts, delivering an approximately eight-part virtual workshop series over a 10-month period, and tailoring content to participants needs using a combination of existing, updated, and newly developed materials aligned with global best practices. In addition to capacity building, the consulting firm will provide in-depth technical assistance to selected fund managers, supporting them in developing and implementing gender strategies and action plans. This will involve advising on investment processes, tools, and approaches to increase capital allocation to women-led businesses and improve gender diversity within firms. Each participating fund manager will receive dedicated expert support equivalent to up to five workdays to advance priority gender actions. The program will also include delivering gender benchmarking and practical tools for portfolio companies, as well as producing a knowledge product that captures lessons learned and key insights from the initiative. Delivered primarily in a virtual format, the initiative will seek opportunities to convene participants through industry events to foster peer exchange and build a community of practice. Overall, the program aims to strengthen gender equality outcomes in the PE/VC ecosystem while promoting knowledge sharing and sustained engagement among participating fund managers.
