The Medical Equipment Should Be In Full Compliance With The Requirements And Technical Characteristics Specified In The Specification Prepared By The Contracting Authority. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Following Activities: Delivery, Commissioning, Training Of The Equipment And Warranty Support Of The Equipment. Participants Submit Only One Offer For The Complex Execution Of The Order. The Offer Must Cover All The Nomenclature Units Specified In The Specification. The Deadline For Applying For The Medical Equipment Is 12 Months. As The Performance Is Carried Out After A Written Request, Depending On The Needs Of The Contracting Party. The Term For The Delivery Of The Equipment Is At The Proposal Of The Participant, Not Longer Than 60 Calendar Days, Counting From The Submission Of The Written Request. The Warranty Period Of The Medical Equipment Is At The Proposal Of The Participant, And It Cannot Be Shorter Than 24 Four) Months, Counting From The Date Of Delivery And Commissioning. Payment Is Made In Euros, By Bank Transfer, Within A Period Proposed By The Participant, But Not Shorter Than 60 Calendar Days After Presentation Of A Written Request, Invoice, Warranty Card And Delivery Protocol. The Final Price Includes All Costs To The Final Recipient Umbal Sveta Anna Ad. Each Participant Should Attach The Following Documents To Their Technical Proposal, Which Are An Integral Part Of It: 1. Technical Documents, Brochures And Catalogs, From Which The Parameters Of The Medical Equipment Offered By The Participant And Its Compliance With The Requirements Of The Contracting Authority, Listed In The Technical Specification, Are Visible 2. Authorization Letter From The Manufacturer Of The Medical Equipment Or Its Authorized Representative With The Right For The Participant To Trade In Its Products. A Letter Of Authorization Is Not Required Only In Cases Where The Participant And The Producer Are The Same Person.
