Tenders Are Invited For Replacing Heat Sources With Ground Heat Pumps And Improving The Energy Efficiency Of The Primary School Building In Nowa Karczma

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Replacement Of Heat Sources With Ground Heat Pumps And The Improvement Of The Energy Efficiency Of The Primary School Building In Nowa Karczma In The Following Scope: 1.1. Modernization Of The Heating Installation, Including: Installation Of Ground Heat Pumps With A Total Rated Power Of Min. 352 Kw Together With The Construction Of A Lower Source And A Peak Source In The Form Of An Electric Boiler With A Minimum Power Of 48 Kw + 5%,1.2. Replacement Of Central Heating Installations, Radiators, Installation Of Thermostats, Modernization Of The Central Heating System, 1.3. Replacement Of The Heat Source From Coal Boilers With A Ground Heat Pump, 1.4. Modernization Of The Hot Water Installation And Adaptation Of The Domestic Hot Water Installation To The New Heat Source, Which Will Be A Ground Pump, 1.5. Construction Of A Ramp For People With Disabilities, 1.6. Surveying Services And Post-Construction Inventory, 1.7. Necessary Supporting Works.2. The Buildings Will Be Used Throughout The Duration Of The Works. The Contractor Will Carry Out The Works In A Way That Guarantees The Use Of The Buildings To Carry Out The Schools Tasks, In Particular Guaranteeing The Possibility Of Heating During The Heating Season Using The Existing Or New System And Access To Hot Water. After Agreement With The Ordering Party, Individual Rooms Will Be Made Available For The Period Necessary To Carry Out The Works. The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out The Works In A Way That Guarantees The Least Possible Disruption To The Functioning Of The Buildings And The Greatest Possible Reduction In Nuisance Related To The Implementation Of The Works. During The Execution Of The Works, The Contractor Is Obliged To Protect The Premises, Equipment And Existing Installations Against Dust And Other Factors And To Keep The Work Site Clean. The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out The Works In A Way That Guarantees That The Old Central Heating Installation Or Old Boilers Will Not Be Connected To The New Central Heating Installation. Or Heat Pumps. The Contractor Is Obliged To Limit Work That Is Burdensome For Students During The Schools Studies. Work That Is Burdensome For Students Should Be Carried Out In The Afternoon And On Days When Students Are Not Studying. Damaged Finishing Elements Should Be Restored To Their Previous Condition, Primarily By Replenishing Floors, Plasters, Gypsum Plasters And Paint Coatings. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Ensure Safety On The Work Site, With Particular Emphasis On The Safety Of School Students. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Technical Documentation.
