The Subject Of The Order Is A Service Consisting In Organizing And Implementing An Integration Trip To Spain For Approximately 52 People - Employees Of The Ordering Party, With The Date Of Departure From Poland Between September 26, 2026 And October 1, 2026, Lasting 8 Calendar Days (Including 7 Overnight Stays).2. The Program Of The Trip To Be Organized By The Contractor Must Include: A) Sightseeing In Gibraltar, Including: Transfer To Punta Europa, Entry To The Rock Of Gibraltar, Entry To The Cave Of St. Michael, Short Shopping On Main Street;B) Sightseeing Of Cadiz, Including: The Old Port, Coastal Fortifications, Wide Seaside Avenues (Alamedas) And Narrow Streets Of The Old Town;C) Sightseeing Of Seville, Including: The Santa Cruz District (Especially The Royal Alcazar), The Giralda Tower, The Arenal District With The Corrida Arena La Mastranza, The Golden Tower And Plaza Espana;D) Sightseeing Of Cordoba In Including: The Old Town With The Great Mosque Of The Mezquita And The Puente Romano Bridge, The Gardens Of La Victoria And Medina Azahara Near Cordoba; E) Visiting Granada, Including: The Alhambra Palace Complex, The City Center With The Alcaiceria Arabic Bazaar, The Gothic Cathedral, The Royal Chapel And A Walk In The Albaicin District With The Panorama Of The Alhambra Against The Background Of The Sierra Nevada Mountains; F) A Flamenco Evening In Any Town; G) At Least 2 Full Days Of Rest In A Hotel Located In The Costa Del Sol Seaside Resort; The Contractor Will Provide Polish-Speaking Guides In The Above-Mentioned Sightseeing Places, Meeting The Requirements Arising From Local Regulations.3. Terms Of Services And Benefits That Must Be Included In The Price Of The Service: A) Direct Flights (Without A Transfer) By Plane From An Airport Located No Further Than 400 Km From The Headquarters Of The Szczebra Forest District To One Of The Airports In Andalusia And Return From One Of The Airports In Andalusia To The Airport Located No Further Than 400 Km From The Headquarters Of The Szczebra Forest District (Distance Calculated By The Shortest Road Route According To Google Maps), Fees Airport; Fees For Checked Baggage Weighing At Least 20 Kg; Fees For Hand Luggage Weighing At Least 5 Kg;B) Immediately After Arrival, Accommodation In A Hotel And A Meal Immediately After Accommodation (Dinner Or Breakfast - Depending On The Time Of Day);C) Bus Travel Along The Tour Route And Transfer Szczebra - Airport And Szczebra Airport: - Equipped With Functional: Air Conditioning, Toilet, Bar, Dvd, Reclining And Side-Sliding Seats With Headrests And Armrests, Individual Lighting And Air Vents For Each Passenger, Seat Belts For All Seats; - The Technical Condition Of The Coach Should Be In Accordance With Road Traffic Regulations - Technical Conditions Of Vehicles And Conditions For Admitting Vehicles To Traffic; - The Carrier Must Have Appropriate Licenses For The Transport Of Persons; - The Transport Must Take Place In Accordance With The Drivers Working
